An Airbnb like no other in the upper hills of Logan. This professionally decorated home has a main floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a large open living, dining, and kitchen area and full laundry. Mattresses and pillows are luxurious- you will have an excellent night’s sleep! Especially if you take a soak in the jetted tub or outdoor hot tub first. Clean and new furniture throughout including flatscreen TVs in every bedroom and an office area in the front room. Great WiFi is included and you can stream your own channels or use ours. An extremely well-appointed kitchen will make you feel at home and extras like a gas grill/smoker and high chairs with kids dishes makes it over the top. Included are an extra fridge, ice machine, and tons of folding tables and chairs for outdoor use. A two-car garage with epoxy coated floors is yours to either park or spread out with tables and chairs for your entire party. The 9-person saltwater hot tub will soak every care away! You will be staying in an upscale neighborhood with amazing views of the valley and. Trails are steps away and wildlife nearby. Night sky views are incredible and sunrise/sunsets are beautiful up here. Skiing at Cherry Peak is 20 minutes away Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is 45 minutes Hyrum Reservoir 25 minutes USU Campus 7 minutes Bear Lake 60 minutes
House Rules
There are rules for the hot tub mounted to it. No street parking and no parking in front of the single car garage. No slip and slide or other activity in the yard that could cause damage to grass or sprinklers without prior consent.

Guest Access
The main floor of the home is fully accessible, along with the 2 car garage bay, back patio, backyard and hot tub. The basement and detached garage ("Fun Factory") will be locked and we have a separate AirBnB listing if you wish to rent the entire home and Fun Factory. The single car garage is for owner use only and there is no parking in front of it. We live onsite, in an apartment at the back of the property, but you'll likely only see us as we go to the single car garage to leave.
