We aren’t kidding when we say most guests would rather spend time at this home than anywhere else in Orlando. This beautifully designed themed home is both spacious and comfortable. Private pool and spa, in-home theater with large screen, game room with Virtual Reality, billiard room, karaoke bar, kids' playroom, multiple themed rooms with televisions, and seven suites with king beds and private bathrooms…phew! Too much to name in this incredible home. Perfect for large family gatherings, church groups or corporate events. Guests have the option to purchase clubhouse access for even more pool, slide, lazy river, and fitness center action for under $50 for your whole stay.

We are excited to have you stay with us! Please use designated towels for the pool found in the laundry area next to kitchen. All stained linens and towels will be charged to the guest. Obey HOA rules found on fridge. If fees occur from non-compliance, they are the guest's responsibility. No unattended children at any time.

They will automatically contact you via email and text, to complete identification verification and payment. NOTE: To ensure a comfortable stay, please carefully review the bed sizes and arrangements listed. Some beds, such as bunk or smaller-sized, are for children only and will not accommodate adults. *Pool / Spa heat can be purchased for $30 per day. The house pool has solar powered lights around the edge of the pool and floating lights in the pool. They should turn on automatically. *Community Clubhouse and Pool have a capacity limit of 280 guests at a time. In busy seasons they reach capacity often very early (11 am) so please plan accordingly. No discount or refund will be given if the resort amenities are unavailable for any reason outside of our control. New HOA rules require guests to pay a $35-45 fee for two card keys to access amenities. Payment must be made by credit/debit at time of check-in to the resort if you want to use those facilities. Well behaved pets only allowed with prior approval, maximum of 2 dogs, for an additional $50 per pet, per night. Pet Rules: • All pets require prior approval. • Pet fee is an additional charge of $50 per pet, per night. • Guests assume full responsibility for any damage caused by pets, including cleaning, repairs and/or replacement costs due to chewing, accidents, or other issues. • Pets must be well-behaved. • No excessive barking or disruptive behavior. • Maximum of two dogs per reservation. • Dogs must be crated at night and when left alone in the home. • No pets on furniture or beds—bring your own pet bedding or crate. Damage caused by pets will result in an immediately $250 additional charge. • Dogs must be leashed when outside and are not allowed to roam unattended, including in the backyard. • Waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly. Everyone always seems to have the "best" and "well behaved" dogs. So, everyone has to obey the rules without exception.
