The beautiful Solterra Resort Mansion includes 11 BR, 11 Bath & sleeps 32+. Themed rooms include Moana, Frozen, Marvel and Toy Story. Enjoy the theatre room, pool table, karaoke stage, game room w/ Virtual Reality, private pool and hot tub! For adults, there are 7 king bedrooms and 6 have own bathrooms, 6500 sq ft. You'll never want to leave this secluded, private (gated) community with water park and amenities. Parks are so close! Disney is only 10 miles, and Universal is 19.

We aren’t kidding when we say most guests would rather spend time at this home than anywhere else in Orlando. This beautifully designed themed home is both spacious and comfortable. Private pool and spa, in-home theater with large screen, game room with Virtual Reality, billiard room, karaoke bar, kids' playroom, multiple themed rooms with televisions, and seven suites with king beds and private bathrooms…phew! Too much to name in this incredible home. Perfect for large family gatherings, church groups or corporate events. Guests have the option to purchase clubhouse access for even more pool, slide, lazy river, and fitness center action for under $50 for your whole stay.

*We ask for the purchase of accidental damage coverage for just $35 (protecting up to $500 of damage) via a third-party provider SuperHog. They will automatically contact you via email and text, to complete identification verification and payment. NOTE: To ensure a comfortable stay, please carefully review the bed sizes and arrangements listed. Some beds, such as bunk or smaller-sized, are for children only and will not accommodate adults. *Pool / Spa heat can be purchased for $30 per day. *Community Clubhouse and Pool have a capacity limit of 280 guests at a time. In busy seasons they reach capacity often very early (11 am) so please plan accordingly. No discount or refund will be given if the resort amenities are unavailable for any reason outside of our control. New HOA rules require guests to pay a $35-45 fee for two card keys to access amenities. Payment must be made by credit/debit at time of check-in to the resort if you want to use those facilities.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Solterra is a private and gated neighborhood with community pool, lazy river, tennis, fitness center and more. Access is by card key which require a flat fee charged by the HOA at checkin.
Guest Access
Guests can access the entire home with the exception of two owners' closets. Pool and spa are exclusively for guests and can be heated for a small daily charge of $30, if desired. All arcade games are free!

There is a guard station to enter the neighborhood. All vehicles must use the left lane when entering and have proof of reservation to be allowed in. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles as long as they don’t impede the sidewalk access. Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house. (Making 8 in total) Street parking is first come, first served. Vehicles improperly parked or in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing by the HOA. There is no parking allowed on the grass or common areas or any lot. Sidewalks and aprons must not be blocked. Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, ATVs, Motorcycles, Jet-Skis, and Boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Any damage to sod, landscape, and/or irrigation on homes will be the charged to the guest by the HOA. Parking is available at the clubhouse until 11:00 PM
