There are rules for the hot tub mounted to it. No street parking and no parking in front of the single car garage. No slip and slide or other activity in the yard that could cause damage to grass or sprinklers without prior consent.

Well behaved pets only allowed with prior approval, maximum of 2 dogs, for an additional $50 per pet, per night. Pet Rules: • All pets require prior approval. • Pet fee is an additional charge of $50 per pet, per night. • Guests assume full responsibility for any damage caused by pets, including cleaning, repairs and/or replacement costs due to chewing, accidents, or other issues. • Pets must be well-behaved. • No excessive barking or disruptive behavior. • Maximum of two dogs per reservation. • Dogs must be crated at night and when left alone in the home. • No pets on furniture or beds—bring your own pet bedding or crate. Damage caused by pets will result in an immediately $250 additional charge. • Dogs must be leashed when outside and are not allowed to roam unattended, including in the backyard. • Waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.
